How a contract order runs
Clear steps, written into our terms
- Complete order. You send completed decoration order forms with placement, sizes and quantities.
- Garments arrive. Your garments reach our facility within one week of the completed order.
- Placement photo. We decorate a sample, photograph it on the garment and send it to you. Approve within two business days.
- Production. We begin production within 15 business days of the complete order. Changes move the start to the next scheduled run.
- Ship. Ground shipping on our accounts by default. Expedited and multi-address shipping available.
An industry-standard spoilage rate of 1–3% applies to contract orders. Full details in our order terms.

Questions we get
Do you decorate customer-supplied garments?
Yes. For contract orders, garments need to arrive at our production facility within one week of a complete, accurate order.
How long does a contract order take?
We endeavor to begin production within 15 business days of receiving completed decoration order forms, garments and your placement approval. Expedited orders are possible at additional cost, subject to our approval.
Can decorated goods be returned?
No. Decorated goods are not returnable, which is why every order starts with a placement photo for your approval.
What spoilage should we plan for?
A spoilage rate of 1–3% is industry standard for embroidery. Please factor it into your order quantities.
