We can accept any file type as a logo for embroidery, as long as the image is clear.
Text must be at least 1/4″ tall.
How it works
Puff embroidery at Glacier Clothing
The thread is stitched over a foam layer so the design stands up off the fabric. It works best on bold shapes and chunky lettering, and it is especially popular on the front of structured caps.
Fine detail and very small text flatten out, so we may suggest a simplified version of your logo for the puff areas and flat embroidery for the rest.

Which logos work best in puff?
Bold shapes and thick letters. Thin lines and small text do not raise well, so we will tell you if part of the design should stay flat.
Can puff go on a hat front?
Yes, that is where it is used most. Hat front center decoration can be up to 2.25″ tall by 5″ wide.
