Embroidery
Rich, textured, three-dimensional logos stitched right into the fabric.
Our specialty
Where the precision of embroidery meets the performance of waterproof gear. After stitching, each design is carefully sealed from the inside to maintain the garment’s full waterproof integrity.

We can accept any file type as a logo for embroidery, as long as the image is clear.
Text must be at least 1/4″ tall.
How it works
Every needle hole in a waterproof shell is a place for water to get in. Stitch a logo onto a shell and stop there, and the membrane is punctured right at the chest, where the rain hits.
We stitch the logo, then seal the back of the embroidery from the inside of the garment so the membrane is closed again. It takes more care than regular embroidery, and it is why ski patrols, mountain guides and rescue teams across the country send their shells to Columbia Falls.

Examples

Embroidery pushes a needle through the fabric thousands of times. On a waterproof shell each hole goes through the membrane. Sealing the back of the embroidery from the inside closes those holes again so the garment keeps its full waterproof integrity.
