Waterproof embroidery
Embroidery on rainwear and ski shells, sealed from the inside after stitching.
Decoration method
Embroidery offers a rich, textured and three-dimensional look by stitching thread directly into the fabric. This classic decoration technique adds a premium feel and works beautifully with a wide range of thread colors.

We can accept any file type as a logo for embroidery, as long as the image is clear.
Text must be at least 1/4″ tall.
How it works
Hats, polos and other durable garments work well with embroidery. It holds up to work, weather and the wash, and it reads as a quality piece rather than a giveaway.
We run multi-head embroidery machines in our Columbia Falls shop, so a dozen staff polos and a resort program of thousands of garments get the same careful setup.

Examples

Any file type works for embroidery, as long as the image is clear. A vector file is great, but a clean PNG or JPG is fine too.
All embroidery text must be at least 1/4″ tall. For names and personalization we recommend 3/8″ tall or 3″ wide.
Front chest logos (left or right) are 3–4″ wide. A hat front center can be up to 2.25″ tall by 5″ wide.
Production starts within 15 business days of a complete order, garments in hand and your approval of the placement photo we send you.
Tell us the garment, the logo and the date. The quote builder checks your artwork as you go.
