Waterproof embroidery
Embroidery on rainwear and ski shells, sealed from the inside after stitching.
Decoration method
Direct-to-film uses state-of-the-art equipment that prints directly onto an application film before it is fused to the garment. It excels at reproducing complex logos and exact color matches.

For vinyl transfer and direct-to-film, vector files are needed. These can be provided by you or vectorized by us.
Vector formats: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF.
How it works
Printing offers a high-resolution, full-color look which is bonded to the garment with heat and pressure. Gradients, fine detail and many colors come through cleanly, which is why DTF is the go-to for detailed artwork.
Casual and technical apparel work best with direct-to-film. It is a good fit where embroidery would lose detail, and on fabrics where a stitched logo is not the look you want.

Examples

A vector file: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we can vectorize it for you.
Up to 15″ wide by 19″ tall. A full front chest print is typically 8–9″ wide and a middle back print 9–10″ wide.
Choose DTF for detailed, full-color artwork and lighter garments. Choose embroidery for a premium, textured look on hats, polos and jackets. The method picker on our services page walks through it.
Tell us the garment, the logo and the date. The quote builder checks your artwork as you go.
